At this time, as I do not collect any personal information about you, you don't have anything to worry about from me. You simply visit our site.At the point in time that I do need to collect information from you, it will only be used in conjunction with your use of this site and or purchases related to offerings made on this site.
I will not share any personal information with any 3rd parties, and will make every reasonable effort to protect and secure any information I do get from you.
If, in the future, I offer you the opportunity to receive anything from me, you will be able to change your mind and I will respect that.

Fair Use
As I am an active photojournalist, almost all images on this site are taken in public, or in places where I have been invited to shoot. It is not my intention to publish any images that would cause concern for anyone in the images.
If you find yourself in an image on my website and you want that image removed, or altered in such a way as to remove you from the image, please contact me immediately.
On the other hand, if you would like to order prints, you can do that, also.
